Jocelyn Libros makes me feel like a person and not just a patient. She LISTENS and explains everything in "english" and not medical terms. Her staff members are just as friendly. A good Dr. will look at you and not at the monitor while talking as she and her staff do. I actually like going to UConn for the issue they're treating!
