Extremely Unprofessional and Uncaring
Ms Turner decided to titrate my medication without discussing this with me as I would not have agreed to it. I was informed by the pharmacy tech who noted a significant change in my most recent script. When I called Ms. Turner she was not available, did not return messages even though the practice has a recorded line where you can leave a practitioner a message and I was not offered an appointment or telehealth time with her.
