I have been seeing Joanne as my healthcare provider for several years now and I am more than pleased with the health care she has provided for me. however the phone system stinks! Every time I call in there I get put on hold through automation, or I get a Verizon message that the provider is not available. It sometimes takes several days to get through whether to schedule or change in appointment. It sure would be nice to speak to an actual human being when making a call to the practice. Although most medical issues are minor, to the patient it is the most important thing in the world, and the people are put on hold or do not get a reply and have to hang up, this can be very frustrating! Whatever happened to the phrase thank you for calling White Rose family practice how may I help you!? Just a suggestion, have a receptionist answer the phone it’s important to you and to us
