Ungodly Poor Bedside Manner
I had a UTI that lead to Sepsis in Oct 2023. I came to the clinic Aug 2024 w another UTI. I had been seen by a previous doctor at THIS urgent care 2 days prior, received a UA and medication, but had not felt improvement and was to told to return for an additional UA and culture. Upon this visit, Ms. O'Brien used a very accusatory manner questioning why I was back again. I explained my prior history and presented my current symptoms wherein she was totally dismissive. Her suggestion was a round of antibiotics for a yeast infection; which I did NOT have. It has now been 3 days since my interaction with Obrien, and once again I returned to the clinic as I was having an allergic reaction to the original medication prescribed for the UTI. Another UA and a different medication was prescribed. When I went to the pharmacy, I was told the medication prescribed by Obrien had been cancelled at the end of the day of my original appt with her. No explanation. What?! Ridiculous!
