Had about five sessions planned, she didn't show up for three. Forgot we had appointments scheduled until I contacted her. When she did cancel, the last time she did not get back with me after I contacted her about making a new appointment. I would not recommend this train wreck to anyone. Also wanted me to switch insurance for her own ease.
