She billed me for services NOT rendered as soon as she discovered I wasn't coming back. One of which was for "Home Care management" when the only thing discussed was that I said I didn't think the PT was helping any longer. When I tried to contact Physical Therapy Specialist billing Dept, Julia, I never received a return call. FRAUD. It's because of low life, unscrupulous, money grabbers like Joanne Hatcher that drives our insurance prices through the roof.
