WENT SOUTH
Joanne was very good for a while, but we started to have some communication issues. I missed one appointment and she went ballistic. She, effectively, didn't want to schedule me ever again. Then her "YOUR CENTER" said I wouldn't pay the "fee" for the missed appointment which I did. They couldn't even send me an invoice until I asked three times. Then after repeated attempts of apologizing Joanne still didn't want to see me. So, she's good at what she does but if you miss one appointment WATCH OUT! .

Joanne has been wonderful! It took a little while for her to get my kid to open up but once he did things were amazing. Definitely consider her if you are looking.

I needed an immediate appointment; most therapists were either booked for more than a month or didn't even bother to return my call. Mrs. Griebel not only gave me an appointment within the week but she was kind, understand, and very helpful. After a year of working with her, I continue to see her regularly.
