Joanne had to jump in and take over for a provider I really liked so I was skeptical. He was a Doctor, she is a Nurse Practitioner. She immediately put me at ease. Joanne is honest, forthcoming. At the same time, she is personable, kind, patient, and super punctual. I’ve developed an enormous amount of respect for Joanne over the last two or three years. She’s experienced and beyond smart - but never talks down to me. She is a tremendous asset to the James A. Haley Veterans Heath Care System.
