couples therapy, highly critical of men, no critical feedback for women. Has zero insight as to the husbands pain or struggle, complete pass for the wives if that is what you are after.

She is an extraordinarily astute professional. She helps facilitate the removal of psychological roadblocks by introducing new ways of dealing with and correcting unhealthy behaviors and thoughts. She has been an essential help to me through the years.

I found my time there somewhat helpful in terms of venting or talking myself through things, but she offered little insight and sometimes appeared judgmental. I probably should have been referred by her to a psychiatrist for medication, but I wasn't. I went to one on my own and was properly diagnosed and treated for my anxiety disorder.
