I only met with JoAnn for 4-5 months and in that time she helped me with nothing. She would arrive late often, there were scheduling issues constantly, and she did not have me fill out a HIPPA form immediately which was a red flag for me. When I tried to bring up serious things she would often brush them off, this provider did not seem interested in actively being a therapist and I would recommend finding a provider that listens and actually aims to help you during sessions and outside of session.

Our family invested a lot of trust into this provider however, we experienced a lot of difficulty with having our questions answered, patient and family confidentiality, as well as communication. On multiple occasions we would arrive for our standing appointment time only to be told that are appointment had been canceled or that there was a scheduling error. It is a frequent issue to not have emails or phone calls returned and treatment decisions made without explanation or planning.
