Couple and individual therapist
Very good match for us , we saw her for years and did a range of work in therapy . It was invaluable . I returned for some work for myself . Just really good listener, interactive , well trained , specialized, and spot on

Joanie is very unprofessional. Terrible customer service practices. She only accepts cash or check, but does not inform ahead of time. Inexplicably canceled a confirmed 2nd appt. since I didn't hear a voicemail double-confirming (?). I then receive a barrage of unprofessional, confounding text messages, long voicemails on both my home and work phone # (which I did not give out) continually badgering for payment less than 2 weeks after the first visit. Office also dingy and smells musty.
