Joan is amazing! I saw her to discuss birth control options, and she explained everything so well and made sure I understood before moving on to the next thing. She provided me with resources to take home and read, and she listened to me very well. She was also just generally very kind and made me feel comfortable asking her questions and telling her what was going on with me. Highly recommend!
