First visit was enough to turn me away
Telehealth
I don't know if she's just like this or was going through something herself, but in my first appointment she kept sighing, holding her chin in her hand, and overall gave the impression that she had zero interest in what I was saying. Really bad experience.

One visit with Joan was wonderful. She is very friendly and welcoming. She has a soft voice, it’s very comforting. She usually has availability and it isn’t a 6 month wait to see her. 10/10 recommend
