My children were in counseling for years. She always worked at their level and speed. She always kept me informed. If wr had insurance issues she worked with us. She went anoce and beyond for .y kids and our family. I am eternally greatful for Joan.

Myself and my daughter went to her. My daughter has medical through her fathers plan and i could not get the info for her insurance before she refused to see her after 2 visits. Finally got it turned in too the collection agency and she refused to run insurance and kept the bill in collection. Who does that. I will not pay 500 for 2 visits all because you refused to run insurance.

Unfortunately Ms. Chase has biased & alienatining tendencies with out just cause or evidentiary support. Ethical Ms. Chase is not. As an RN she is held to a certain ethical code, which includes beneficence, meaning to do no harm. In my case all she did for me was cause undue harm & in dealing with her my life deteriorated substantially.
