I have been a patient of Dr. Joseph for 10 years. He's a true professional who uses state of the art optical technology. His eyeglass and lens options are competitively priced. If your favorite style and brand of eye frames are not in stock, they can custom order. His staff is friendly and attentive in a Covid-19 free enviroment . Yes, you can order your frames from an online store somewhere, cheaper than any optometrist shop will sell in Houston. Been there, done that myself. I have had horrible experiences doing that. You better get your online order right the first time, because it can cost extra money and a lot of extra time if you get it wrong. Personally, I will go with a Pro and get a warranty on my frames. The office manager went the extra mile to get all my insurance credits Peace of mind and quality service is worth a lot to me. recent appt. 8/20/20

I went to Dr. Joseph because of great reviews. Yes, he was nice and introduced me with new tech machine where my eyes did not have to be dilated for comprehensive eye exams. However, when I was going to buy the glasses, that's when things went wrong. My insurance covered a lot of things, but in the end (after questionable price sheet from Dr. Joseph ~ questionable because each time he printed out a new sheet, the price change, depending on his mood at the moment), the price of my glasses ended up with $475. I went to the mall and get my glasses, with insurance, have all the same specs, only $175. I certainly will not go back there.

After doing some research on another website I chose Dr. Jimmy Joseph. From setting the appointment it was a top notch experience. He has ensured his office is equipped with the latest equipment and is very thorough in his exam. Our entire family had an exam with him and we all agreed he and his staff were excellent. We will return for our annual exam and highly recommend Dr. Jimmy Joseph.

Dr. Joseph is as good as it gets! He really makes you understand whats going on and does everything in his power to help. His staff is extremely friendly and incredible! I ALWAYS learn something new anytime I go to him. Seriously if you want an eye doctor that knows his stuff and knows what he is talking about and a staff that can provide for you in a clean and classy environment then, Family Eye Health Solutions is the way to go!

We had our 8 year old seen by Dr Joseph. He was very easy going and explained things, not only to us, but to her to... at an age appropriate level.. Definitely going to be bringing the rest of the family here from now on. Thanks!

Dr.Joseph and his staff are the best in Houston. Also their technology there at the office is "very advanced"! The technology you can get in 2025....yeah....you can pretty much get there now at his office in 2016! The glasses frame fitting technology is amazing! No more fixing the frames by hands, in which, will make your frames appear to be off balanced (aka Eye Masters)! The reason why Family Eye Solutions deserve 5 stars is because they always have deals and great customer service! Thank you!

He seems to genuinely care about his patients. He makes you feel comfortable by the way he discusses what is wrong to making small talk, I've never smiled or laughed as much as I do when I have to visit Dr. Joseph. I've been going to eye doctors for about 14 years, I have seen them all and Dr. Joseph is by far the best; he makes me feel comfortable and he has always on top of making sure my prescription is perfect. He's hit it out of the park every time.

We just moved to the area and are new patients. We couldn't be happier. Dr. Joseph is friendly and it's obvious genuinely cares about people. He takes the time to listen and explain and is always happy to see us. Cindy is very sweet and caring; we feel welcome and well taken care of every time we go. If there's a mishap with the glasses order Dr. Joseph takes care of it with a smile and we know we won't have to worry.

My whole family has been under the care of Dr. Jimmy Joseph for years. Dr. Joseph began seeing my kids when they were in elementary school and now they are in high school and college. He is great with both children and teenagers. Dr. Joseph takes his time and I never feel rushed. The staff is very friendly and remembers everyone's name.

Dr. Joseph and his staff are extremely dedicated to providing exemplary care and service to all their patients. I've had so many eye issues, but Dr. Joseph has always made time to see me and resolve my problems. This was not the case whenever I used to go to Walmart or TSO. My eyes and vision have never been better! Also I love the selection they have for glasses they have. It has the boutique experience minus the price since they accept all major insurances. Dr. Joseph is the best optometrist I have ever had, and I have seen over 10 different optometrist in the past 13 years! He's extremely knowledgeable and really takes his time to give you a comprehensive overview concerning the health of your eyes. The exam didn't feel rushed, and I left feeling more knowledgeable about the state of my vision and what all I need to do in order to help protect and improve it.
