Misleading Service and not knowledge
One of the worst Medical office experience. Not a good service. They don’t communicate very well. Not knowledgeable and money minded. Don’t care about new patients concerns. Find a better and real doctor. I spend multiple hours waiting to find out that he don’t cover whole service. I even mentioned the needs at time of appointment the service I needed. Wasted all my time and charged for the appointment. I don’t think they even care. Very bad service and don’t care about patients time and money.

Not a full service.
My wife went to see Mr. Cheeks. He diagnosed her as having diverticulitis. My wife is in incredible pain. Apparently there are signs in the waiting room that say he doesn't prescribe pain medicine. We never saw the signs. 90 minutes after arriving my wife left the office no better off. After paying to see him, we are now headed to the emergency room to get a real doctor to help her get better. Something I don't believe Mr. Cheeks cared much about.
