I was appalled at the way she handled my mother. She has no bedside manner. She acts like a nurse that is strictly in this for the money which seems to be the way healthcare is heading. I would never use Excela unless I had to and this poor staffing decision to hire nurses that are just money hungry and not caring or compassionate is a tremendous oversight in this system. I would rather spend the money to drive to Pittsburgh.
