(this is based on my experience at C.A.P.P.S. in Pottstown, not Philly) Jill is fantastic. She has done more for me and explained more to me in the span of a few appointments than most doctors have over the course of a few years. She will NOT give up on you, she considers all aspects of your physical and mental health and will exhaust every option until you find what works. Mostly importantly, she LISTENS - which sadly seems to be a dying art in the medical field these days...

This office is completely unprofessional and unhelpful as a whole. It's filled with lazy kids. Jill adamantly promised a patient results to very important bloodwork taken several weeks prior and never got back to them. In an attempt to get a hold of anyone at the office general number, the phone was picked up and hung up several times. If there were a place for me to report their unreliable practices as caregivers, I wouldn't hesitate to report them. Med management isn't a joke.
