I went to see Jill at a time when I was dealing with a great deal of anxiety and very vulnerable. She helped guide me through my difficulties in a way I couldn't do on my own and I'm grateful for her knowledge and her compassion. She also helped me to work through traumas from my childhood through EMDR. I've been to see other therapists before and had often felt stuck for long periods of time. I would recommend anyone to her.

I prefer therapists who are direct, even blunt, but she was too harsh for me. I was very vulnerable at the time and it completely turned me off from therapy for a while.
