Jill Toliver, CNP

Each time I see Jill Toliver, I have never felt rushed. I also feel she genuinely cares about my condition and is a very compassionate person. Additionally, Jill has never told me to go see someone else whenever I disagree with her. She tries her very best to understand what I’m trying to convey to her. In my opinion, Jill loves what she does and it shows.

She has been very good for me.

I wish I was paired with a different med provider. Jill was consistently late for my appointments, never apologized for the inconvenience, and dismissed my concerns. Said 'you don't have ADHD, you have anxiety.' Well, I was formally diagnosed with ADHD and social phobia (elsewhere), no anxiety. She should really retire. It's so irresponsible to dismiss concerns and invalidate lived experiences. Not to mention, appointments were always rushed. She cared more about my weight than any mental health concern.

This provider has never been on time or even within 5 minutes of my appointment in over two years of care. She dismisses patient input and disregards medication preferences (that are reasonable and safe).
