Do not recommend
Rude to my 90 year old father and always told him he could not have Bluetooth and other conveniences. We finally took him to someone else, only to find out that his hearing was at 12%! He is now hearing at 80% and has Bluetooth and rechargeable batteries, AND his insurance pays for everything she said they wouldn’t.
