Jill Pankus, PNP

Jill has some strange mannerisms and during several visits was visibly frustrated and distracted and complained to us that she herself was dealing with a lot of stress. I felt badly about that but felt it was unprofessional to share that during a session. When we needed a medication snafu between our pharmacy and her fixed she was unwilling at first to deal with it during the holidays and then complaining she called in the right prescription. After a phone call with her that ended with me in tears of frustration and disbelief, the pharmacist (and the school counselor also said the same thing) called me to say she got a call from Jill and has NEVER been spoken to that way (disrespectful and very strange) by a provider. I received a call from Jill 24 hours later that she was dropping us as clients because that situation was too stressful for her. WOW. Just wow. We have not had any issues with other providers in the last three years. Never been treated that way. I called her employer.
