Jill Knox, FNP

Terrible, Was not friendly. I hope to never see her again. and I've seen many through the years at Shelby Family Practice. They were always nice, except this one.

I consider myself fortunate to have a practitioner like Jill Knox. She is a very caring individual and will persist in getting to the bottom of problems to take care of my health care needs. I have never felt that my appointment was rushed. She is very communicative through emails and not only relays information or results but also asks "How do you feel?". This is a very important part of health care that some medical professionals miss. It isn't always just the lab or test results that indicate overall health of a patient.

Jill Knox is nothing like the previous reviewer stated.. She is a very kind, knowledgeable, caring person who has helped my entire family even going over above and beyond what she is expected to do.

This is a rude little mousey woman. She know very little about men's health and usually does more harm than good. I don't know if she had a bad relationship with her father or not but it's obvious she has a chip on her shoulder when it comes to men. I went to her with a sore throat and she didn't even look in my throat, but proceeded to insult me for any and every reason.
