Jill is very thorough with everything she does. If she doesn't have the answer, she coordinates with the doctors in staff and will get back with you. On the other hand, the scheduling department has a few issues. I have been seeing Jill Duda for almost 10 years and never a problem. Can get an appointment when needed, she always listens to me, schedules tests when needed and treats me with respect. I never have had to wait over 5 minutes for an appointment, they are always more than friendly

Worst treatment by a medical professional. She was rude and told me she doesn't have a magic pill. Got irritated when I asked questions. Tried to put me on medications that will make my tachycardia worse. Was just hospitalized and she doesn't care. Very money oriented. Wants to do same test over and over. No one should ever schedule with her if you value your existence. I waited and waited and she only spent 7 minutes with me. Rolled her eyes at me multiple times. Disgraceful.
