I met Jill for the first time via an on-line appointment. It was a follow-up medication appointment, which is all very new to me, as I've taken very limited medication in the past. When asking her questions and explaining my personal needs, she very rude and short with me and then turned it around on me and said she wasn't going to argue with me. For someone who is supposed to "help" people find correct medications for their specific issues/problems I found her to be very off putting and unkind. I found her to be short, rude and not helpful at all. It was a very sad and disappointing interaction. I hope this review helps future patients. I would hate for someone with severe mental health issues to have the interaction I had with her today and not be ok.

If you are looking for someone to kibitz (joke around) look for someone else. However, if you are looking for someone to help with proper medication, she is the one! Jill has helped my son with the proper medication, and he is functioning well. She keeps a good eye on his blood work as well. ????Jill

She is constantly late for zoom appointments and phone calls, and offers no reason or apology. She never seems to pay full attention, asks the same questions over and over, and rarely replies in a timely manner to requests from the pharmacy.

She screws up my prescriptions and never responds to the pharmacies request to fix it. I have to call the office multiple times and usually have to get a manager involved to get things corrected. Same lack of response for routine refills. This adds so much stress and anxiety to getting my medication.

Rushes me out and doesnt listen. seems to busy to be care...also has me wait half an hour to be seen

Cancels at least 30% of our appointments. Always makes me wait ten to twenty minutes in the waiting room. Asks me questions and then talks over my answers. When she cancels, her next available appointments are not for at least a couple months out and I have to chase her down to get my prescriptions.
