Jill Day, NP

I’ve seen Jill for several years and have always had a great experience. She shows real concern for my issues and I appreciate her direct, realistic communication style. I’ve also never had an issue getting referrals for specialists for various concerns (dermatology, podiatry, etc.)

I’ve been a PT for several years. During Flu season, Jill Day is no where to be found. Generally isn’t engaged about the topic of preventative healthcare. Recently got a mammogram that somehow went to hear for a read back even though I’m with a new primary now. Instead of a call or a personal email, received a templatized email alluding to maybe having breast cancer ? Maybe not ? Hard to tell. 100% do not recommend.

Jill was friendly enough in person during the examination for lower abdomen/ pelvic pain. However, the post-visit experience was awful. There was little to no information provided or communication re: possible causes of pain (even after lab results) and little to no guidance provided on recommended next steps. I was then given conflicting information from Jill and her staff and when I tried to clarify Jill and staff became defensive. To me this indicated a lack of professionalism and kind of undermined my trust in all parties involved. Would not recommend.

I just had a physical exam with Jill. She was outstanding and really took the time to speak with me and make me feel comfortable. I didn't feel rushed and she answered all my questions, reviewing the details. I generally hate going anywhere near a doctor's office and this was the best experience I've ever had.
