Dr. Cuthbertson was extremely helpful with my family and I. Her staff did their best to schedule us, regardless of our hectic schedules, at the most convenient times. My experience was overall very nice and easy. Dr. Cuthbertson is a great optometrist and I will definitely recommend her to friends!

They talked me into all the latest and greatest lenses such as: anti-reflective, transitions, anti-glare, etc etc, meanwhile,after 1 year and 5 months of having the lenses, something in the coating has dissolved or melted making it blurry. However, since its past their 1 year warranty date, they refused any type of service or accommodation. The only thing they offered was to wait until May of 2017 (it is now June of 2016) for a new pair of lenses and frames. They could've at least tried to help.
