This lady was full of information! I've been on this cancer journey for 2 years and have seen many wonderful people at Baystate, but Jessie is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She answered my questions and solved some of my annoying problems. She believes In educating patients about their conditions and problems. I absolutely loved her! Looking forward to seeing her again in 6 months and staying cancer free. This lady is a gem and baystate is lucky to have her!
