No empathy
will surprise terminate you and try to convince you it's your idea -- just for sharing something that was said that hurt you. she is not open to client opinions but wants to tell you what to think...and it's not even helpful. totally unempathetic and shut down to conversation, all while failing to provide services. not competent or ethical.
