The whole office staff is unprofessional and laughs at life or death situations. I waited almost four weeks for an appointment and once I got the Maureen and Jessica refused to let me keep my appointment and laughed when I told them I desperately needed blood thinners.

Very thorough and interested in helping. Takes time to answer any questions and make sure you understand every step of the way. Very little wait time. Saw her within 5 mins of appt time.

She's great - she actually listens to me instead of doctors saying hello - goodbye as fast as they can

I appreciate Jessie, APRN for not only being an outstanding Nurse Practitioner but for being such a good listener. She always provides me with excellent medical care. I am very grateful to have her as my healthcare provider. I truly trust her! She is compassionate, knowledgeable and skilled. I highly recommend her--she is one of the best! The staff is great, too.

I have been seeing Jessica Young since she started. She has been so very kind and knowledgeable. I have been seeing her for years now and I will only see her. I am a 57 year old male and trust her medical advise and knowledge. Her staff is above and beyond and they all know me and we are on a first name basis. I have recommended others to her and her staff and they too see her. Jessica Young is totally awesome and cares about her patients. Like I said I will not see anyone else but Jessica.

Went for a flu shot & questions about my period. I explained that I hadn’t had my period in 3 mths & she examined me w/ a Doppler & said I was most likely 3 mths pregnant. Ordered blood work & on the same day, ordered 2 u/s without getting blood work 1st. The tech said she had never done an u/s w/o 1st receiving blood work. $1,000 in and Jessica called to tell me the results (cyst), stating possible cancer, but I’d at least have 1 good ovary. Cysts are common & I wasn’t pregnant. Waste of money.

I can't say enough great things about this practice. I saw the Nurse Practitioner Jessica, She's a high level practitioner and you feel the difference between her and all the others I've tried in the past. Not even in the same league! This place makes me want to take care of my health better and makes healthcare fun and not the usual overdue scary trip to the doctors office.

Jessie is the most caring, considerate medical professional I have ever met. She takes her time and asks all of the necessary questions to make sure she does not miss a thing. She remembers details and genuinely wants to see her patients succeed.
