Jessica Wix-Faulkner

This staff is incredibly rude. Jamie is her assistant, who put me on hold for 20 min, and when she came back on the phone she said “ sorry I had to go to the bathroom. “. I was shocked and asked “ you put me on hold for that long so you can take a sh!t? Then she acts like the word sh!t is so appalling she hung up on me and wouldn’t answer my calls. Jessica Wix is worse: she’s not a doctor. She’s a PA that likes to play doctor and overstep her authority despite not having the education to properly treat my conditions. My health continued to get worse over the 3 months I was seeing her and she talked to me like I’m just over exaggerating my symptoms and refused to let me speak with a doctor. She failed to read an X-ray correctly, she could hardly interpret my bloodwork and prescribed the wrong meds. I’ve been having moments of paraplegia due to a back injury and she refused to write a referral to an orthopedic spinal doctor claiming my back problems are from me being hyperthyroid!!

I was 15 minutes late and although Ms Wix was not busy, she made me reschedule my appointment. She is only in this office part time and I find it difficult to get to see her when I need to see her. I feel she is very competent, But I feel I would do better having a full time provider. I was late because I was at the Physical Therapist, next door, whom she referred me to. He ran over my Appointment time.
