Nurse Volpe was fantastic when I visited her in July with COVID-19 Symptoms. After being diagnosed with COVID-19 she prescribed the appropriate medications and sent the prescriptions to a nearby Pharmacy of my choosing. Later that day Nurse Volpe called to check on how I was doing and I informed her that the Pharmacy I chose (CVS) had called me multiple times from their automated system informing me they were out of the drugs I needed for my recovery. I informed Nurse Volpe that I waited on hold multiple times for over an hour with CVS before my calls were terminated by the automated system. I simply couldn't get a hold of anyone at the CVS Pharmacy to have my prescriptions sent to another Pharmacy. She sympathized with my situation and went out of her way to get my prescriptions sent somewhere else (Publix) within minutes and they were able to fill my prescriptions that same day. After taking the prescribed drugs I fully recovered from COVID-19 without incident. I fully recommend Nur
