Jessica Taylor was my PCP for 4 years. After years of her referring me to the wrong specialists, forgetting to follow-up on important test results and a lack of a treatment plan, I called her office for treatment options. Jessica proceeded to YELL at me and said: "I've done everything I could to help you, you need to find a new PCP!!" I am kind to everyone I interact with so that response was totally unacceptable. I would advise anyone considering her as their APRN, to RUN. Anyone that yells at a patient, does not care about your mental or physical health.

Unfortunately, my GP passed after I had been with him since I was a baby. Towards the end of his career, I had been seeing Jessica in the office on Main Street in Middletown for my office visits. She is very kind, thorough and knowledgeable. She has a personal investment in her patients and wants to do anything she can to ensure her clients live their life as happy and healthy as possible. I have had to go to several different medical professionals throughout my lifetime and she is one that I dread going to the least because she has the respect to treat you as a friend.

My 23-yr old daughter arrived 10 minutes late for her 1st appointment with Jessica because she could not find the correct building. Jessica "dismissed" her as a patient and my daughter was not able to reschedule. "Dismissing" is at the discretion of the physician/pa. Such lack of empathy in a medical professional is not a good sign.

I always feel comfortable I can ask questions and know they are answered and Jessica is very helpful
