I am a physician and I purposely sought out midwifery care for my pregnancy and births. She has such an amazing calm presence and helped me feel empowered by giving me information so that I could make informed decisions. She is so passionate about what she does and carries each and every woman's experience in her heart. It seems that every woman has her own unique needs, responses to pain, and methods of coping, and with each birth it seems every midwife has to learn and develop a new approach to helping a particular woman through her birth. Sometimes this takes time. For me, Jessica was a perfect match.

I love Jessica!! She has been my midwife for my last 2 babies. I even followed her to New Haven because she is so awesome. She is a mom and really understands what I'm going though being pregnant with a toddler in tow. She is kind and compassionate. I send all of my friends to her!!

My suggestion to you-avoid her like the plague. I would never ever suggest to anyone that she deliver their baby. If I could give her 0 stars I would.
