Jessica Sheppard, PA-C

I have seen Jessica on more than one occasion when I cannot see the Dr. Every time she has been pleasant. She takes the time to ask questions to fully understand my needs. In addition, she always answers any questions I may have to ensure I fully understand the diagnosis. I would recommend seeing her if needed.

Ms. Sheppard on multiple occasions has taken the time to go out of her way to ask detailed questions in order to accurately diagnose a problem that I had. She is kind and genuinely cares about her patients. She will not dismiss your thoughts and ideas and makes sure that you leave satisfied with her diagnosis. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family and suggest that you meet with her if you are in need of assistance.

What a disaster. She has no empathy and gets a bad attitude when questioned. Completely misdiagnosed me. I would have landed in the hospital if I had followed her advice. Will never go to her again, as she is dangerous.

My recent experience with PA Jessica Sheppard was absolutely outstanding. Her professionalism and diligence were directly responsible for my obtaining an accurate diagnosis and surgery that corrected a chronic back problem and relieved me of long term debilitating pain. For that, I am extremely grateful, especially in light of the fact that numerous other doctors failed in this regard. Results are everything and she got them.

Such a caring PA! She spent adequate time with me going over all of my concerns and questions. I am not one to enjoy going to the doctor's office but she made the visit bearable. I would recommend her to my friends and family!

I saw Jessica Sheppard (PA) and was extremely disappointed. I thought that I would take a chance and see a young PA even knowing that PA's have minimal clinical experience before practicing. I was hoping that since she was young and was recently a grad student, she would be relatable. The only thing she has done for me is write referrals and order tests - she has zero regard, insight, or empathy. No matter how inexperienced one is, these things are the bare minimum that I expect from a provider.
