I have been to Cumberland Dermatology several times now and I had positive visits at all appointments. Dr Jessica Rotolo is very approachable and thorough. The new office is beautiful. I have nothing but praise for this Dr and facility.

Professional, comfortable and welcoming.
Everyone there was professional, courteous and welcoming. I was informed before any procedures to know what to expect as far as any pain or outcomes. I love that we have a Dr. In Crossville that performs the Mohs procedure. I used to have to drive to Nashville.

Jessica was great!
Jessica was friendly knowledgeable and efficient and we never felt rushed. She gave great “layman” explanations of everything she found during our exam and asked multiple times if we had any questions. Excellent experience and highly recommend!
