Dr. Jessica Pagan, DC

I called in to see if I can get an appointment with Dr. Pagan because I was having back pain. It has been so hard to get an appointment due to the coronavirus and some places are not taking new patients. When I called, the receptionist was really helpful in what I needed to bring into the office. I get to the office and the receptionist is really friendly and the lady next to her was nice to, I didn't realized she was Dr. Pagan the Chiropractor. She looks young, but once I sat down with her, she has a lot of knowledge and experience of what she is talking about. The doctor sat down and listened to me and didn't brush me off. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Pagan. She is GREAT!

Staff unwelcoming. No one said Good Morning/ Hello. receptionist was on the phone fighting with a patient when I walked in.A lady I suspected was the Dr. was standing by the receptionist & yelled to me across the room to the waiting area asking me to describe my pain. I was shocked. why would I want to describe my pain in the lobby. Receptionist paused her call and ask for my ID & Insurance card while the Dr gave me forms to complete Receptionist told me copay was $60 and only payable in cash or checks. Why did she not say this before?We had spoken 2ce before my visit.I did not have up to $60 in cash but had cards on me . I told her so then she said there is a Bank across the street.Went to the Bank and got $60 Waited 1 HR & receptionist tells me Dr Jessica Pagan is busy and cannot see me.And I have to see a male PT upstairs I was shocked because I had explained to her that I needed to see a female chiropractor Clearly Dr. Pagan is young & not hungry. Taking my biz elsewhere

The office and entire staff are awesome. It's a very welcoming office, I'm glad I made the decision be treated here. There's never an issue with needing an appointment, they are very accommodating.
