The first time I went into the clinic in the Bronx, I was apprehensive since all the people there were spanish, I was paired with one out of the 2 black providers there and from the beginning of the visit to the end it was great. She was so knowledegeable and explained everything to me to my undersanding. So much so that the next time I went to the Manhattan office when I was told she was not in the Bronx office the next time I went. I only go to that clinic only when I can see her.

Ms Massoud is a very attentive to her patients. I saw her at both the agent care and family practice and she cares about her patients. She once told me that i wasn't a patient but family. Don't know what Janay is talking about.

I anticipated the wait to be long - and I was actually fine with it. What I didn't anticipate, was for Ms. Massoud to have such a bad attitude. Her first question wasn't anything along the lines of: How are you doing, what brings you here today?, it was literally Why are you here? and her undertone was far from friendly. Jessica needs to work on her people skills and professionalism or reconsider this career choice.
