Jessica is professional yet personable and courteous. She does a great job of explaining things via speaking TO me, not above or in a condescending manner. Jessica makes me feel like I am the only patient she has all day. I NEVER feel rushed like she is shoving me out the door to get to her next patient.

Jessica was wonderful and polite explaining medication and going over chart to make sure no interactions with current medications which there was to which she explained why I need to stop taking , she also answered my questions. Jessica is clearly a great example of what a provider should be. Thank you Jessica for explaining and making me feel comfortable during the virtual visit.
