Jessica provided excellent care for my father while he was in rehab. Even though she doesn’t work for the rehab center, but is an independent provider for FMC-Orlando health, she was able to bring concerns to the facility that weren’t being addressed by their staff. Jessica went above and beyond in caring for my dad. She made him feel comfortable with his transition and answered all of our questions pertaining to his care. We will be forever grateful for her compassionate care and commitment to her patients.

During my fathers end of life journey I saw or spoke to Jessica three times, at different health care facilities. Because we usually spoke soon before receiving bad news, we first found it difficult to trust her, despite her truly warm and compassionate approach. However, in the end she was the only health care provider who truly heard and understood what my dad wanted. She was professional and kind throughout. I write this on the same day that I’ll have to let Dad know that what she and the family wished for him wont happen, and he’ll have to go into hospice. This is not her fault. The understaffing, frequent lack of clear communication between institutions and departments, and focus on money that our health care insurance system produces should not be blamed on the people who do the heavy lifting. I truly believe that you can trust Jessica to do her best and have your families best interests at heart.

She has put my loved one in harm's way by not ordering the medication prescribed by the hospital when placed in a rehab facility. My family member is now back in the hospital due to her negligence. She also makes decisions about patients without actually seeing them but just listening to rehab employees.
