I found Jessica when I was new to WA State and working a job I could hardly take a lunch break let alone a day off. She came to my home on a Saturday to do my overdue check-up so I could get my meds which I needed badly. She understood how stressed I was and met my physical and emotional needs. She continues to be responsive and caring, genuinely concerned about my overall health and quality of life and partners with me rather than acting as the expert. This is a rare quality in a healthcare provider. She's funny, down-to-earth and knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

She is the perfect balance of warm and professional. She is very thorough and a very good listener. Unlike many health providers I've seen in the past, she doesn't judge, condescend, or dismiss my concerns. She trusts that I know my body and takes all of my concerns seriously. She is also great at making awkward subjects easy to talk about. On top of that she is genuine, kind, respectful of personal space, and sensitive to people's anxiety. She explains everything and never makes me feel rushed. She has a light touch and is gentle with how she approaches procedures. She is absolutely the very best provider I've ever met and I've seen more than my share of medical professionals in my life time. It is so rare to be treated by someone who is so down to earth and treats you as their equal. She has true empathy and concern and is driven to ensure that you're receiving the right diagnosis and treatment.

Jessica Kirkwood practically saved my life. She researched and kept looking for an answer for my serious on going pain. Researched the best of the best GI specialist , talked to him several times prior to my appointment. I’ve had to have 2 surgeries, taking life threatening liquid wound the pancreas and kidney. I owe so so much to this skill women. Where she goes, that’s where I’ll be.

Jessica is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever seen. She listens, she explains and she gives you ample time at each appt. Usually a half hour, which is amazing! I highly recommend her!

Jessica is awesome. She cares about her patients and listens to what we say is wrong with us.
