Jessica Kerr, PA-C

I had a very disappointing experience with Jessica Kerr, Physician Assistant. She lacked both empathy and professionalism during my visit. I found her attitude to be dismissive and rude, which made me feel uncomfortable and unheard.Not only did she fail to show compassion, but she also seemed uncertain and unknowledgeable about basic medical information, which further eroded my confidence in her ability to provide proper care. Her abrupt communication style and lack of patience made what should have been a straightforward visit unnecessarily stressful.I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I would not recommend her services to anyone looking for compassionate and informed care.

She was the worst - would not renew the one and only prescription med I have been taking successfully for 22 years. Ridiculous. (Not an opiod or dangerous med.) I also asked a couple questions about other medical issues and she said she didn't know, she's not a homeopathic provider.... huh?

Jessica is always engaging and working with me to better my health. She is probably the best physician I have ever used and would recommend her very highly.

I was having a really rough time medically for a few months earlier this year. I had a few different issues going on, I was scared and feeling vulnerable, and I didn't understand a lot of what I was reading in my reports or what the Drs were telling me. My path finally led me to Jessica's care. She was so compassionate, sincere, honest, and knowledgeable. She walked me through the mess of paperwork I had and helped me understand what was going on. I had so many questions that she was quick to answer, and she was incredibly comforting. I'm so glad that our paths led us to each other! She has been invaluable to me through such a tough period in my life, and one of the only practitioners that truly took the time to not only walk me through, but approach my situation with a high level of humanity. Thank you for being so great, Jessica!

I had a very disappointing experience with her. She seemed to lack both the knowledge and the empathy necessary for effective patient care. During my appointment, she was unable to answer basic questions about my condition and appeared disinterested in my concerns. It felt like they were rushing through the appointment and didn't take the time to understand my symptoms or provide thorough explanations. I would not recommend her to anyone seeking attentive and competent medical care.

She lied and left a delay in care over of 19 days but passed the issues onto another department (which she was the PCP not them). I directly messaged her and the first message she ignored and the second she called and blamed it on not being her labs when I directly emailed her because she was the PCP. I am really unhappy/disappointed with the service from her. My healthcare is now delayed almost a month. Something that was very scary for me. What good is a PCP when they ignore you and push off what they are supposed to be doing onto another department? VERY unprofessional. Do not see her you will regret it.
