The staffing was great. got there early so they got me in and out. think i just sat down for like 2-3 minutes before the exam. Dr. Willer was quick and thorough. pleasant and easy to talk with.

Dr. Hillner did a quick, but thorough, exam. She eased my fears about borderline glaucoma, which a previous optometrist had inaccurately diagnosed, as well as gave me a new prescription, which may have also been slightly off at my previous doctor's visit. She is super friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr. Hilner was very thorough and helpful.

Prompt attention by the front desk staff. Quick service by the tech. Dr Hillner explained the need for progressive eye glasses. She also modified by contact lens prescription to accommodate my high computer use.

The staff made me feel welcome and helped me since I was a new patient. They explained each step during the appointment. They were very respectful and the appointment was not rushed.

Upon arriving early received a warm, friendly welcome from Carrie at the front desk who promptly took care of required requirements for my annual routine eye exam in an efficient professional, and respectful manner then advised me on the diagnostic procedures for the visit and who would be conducting my exam. After waiting a few minutes Dr. Hilner's colleague, Valerie welcomed and led me to an examination room where multiple eye exams were conducted respectfully in a relaxing and, professional manner. After comprehensive eye exams were completed Valerie advised me that Dr. Hillner would be in shortly, to review the initial results. Dr. Hillner arrived promptly and after reading the diagnostic results conducted further tests before explaining the results of the eye exam and advising me of any potential future concerns. This was a wonderful visit and pleasant experience.

Dr. Hilner is extremely thorough and makes sure that all your concerns and needs are met. I have worn glasses for over 40 years and she is by far the best eye doctor I have had that makes sure my vision is adequately corrected as well as any medical concerns regarding my eyes are rectified. I highly recommend her.

Always professional, knowledgeable and friendly

It had been over two years since my last eye exam. Dr. Hilner and team am did a great job. I highly recommend.

Dr. Hillner could not get my prescription correct and seemed annoyed that I advocated for myself that something was not right. Took multiple visits and another doctor to get it right. Dr. Hillner was not very understanding, compassionate or helpful to get the situation resolved. I now avoid getting an appointment with her. Beware if you are new to DV at the Legends. I am surprised by how many positive reviews she did have as I got the worst side of her and a very sour experience.
