Paid $5,000 for nothing insightful. Wouldn't recommend for depression/anxiety. Didn't offer any meaningful insight/thoughts, more or less just cliche therapist-speak. I ended up going to my doctor and he recommended I start a low dose of anti-depressants. I felt much better within a month or two and now I seriously regret wasting time and $5,000.
