One of the most beautiful spaces in Charlottesville! Thoughtful handicap access from the street and toys for kiddos in the waiting room. Jessica's dedication to her patients and their families is profound and humbling. A breath of fresh air- highly recommend this practice.

Jessica is a grounded counselor. She understands people and trauma, and is proficient at counseling and a master at NeuroFeedback. Ive been meditating and doing personal growth work for years. Working with her has gotten me through and to deep change in my ability to regulate my emotions and be at peace with my mind. I also appreciate that she is authoritative and then has humility to know her limits. This being the greatest form of professionalism. I fell confident in recommending her and her work to be of help or even transformative.

Jessica is compassionate and listened to my concerns. She provides a range of treatment options and always has my interest at the center of treatment. She is thorough and explains things so I can understand them and will be patient. I would recommend her.

Please stay away from this counselor. If you just want biofeedback that is great but do not take any of her counseling advice. If she does not agree with you she will let you know in a very unprofessional manner. Lacks true empathy and compassion and at times was completely inappropriate.
