I believe she is terribly unprofessional. I heard her speaking about other patients to the staff behind the reception desk. She included their names, place of work, details about their mental health conditions and having to visit the hospital for a psychiatric hold. I was shocked to hear them gossiping about patients like this just because they we're aware someone was in the waiting room. It was very disturbing.

Professional, intelligent, explains things well. Wouldn't recommend for anyone looking for someone easy to manipulate for drugs, etc, but for anyone serious about wanting help to get better, there is no one better.
