Unengaging, unprofessional, and lacks communication skills.
Very disappointed in my session with her..session lasted 20-25 mins (PT sessions are usually an hour long). Could've done the few simple exercises I did at home instead.

Jessica is an unengaging and quiet PT who lacks the friendliness and proper bedside manners. She lacks communication skills (doesn't listen or answer questions, concerns, or frustrations nor does she ask about level of intensity, strain, etc). She is an overall incompetent PT. Don't expect her to observe how you do your exercises or give you advice for future workouts to assist with your recovery: that's nonexistent. I would not recommend her to anyone: don't waste your time or money to see her
