Jessica Darling, LMFT

I saw Jessica for over a year and she was really helpful. She helped me understand boundaries and build my confidence after my divorce. We did EMDR about some of the hurtful things my exhusband said and did, and a few things about the family I grew up with so I could understand why I chose that man in the first place so I don't do that again in the future. She's really relatable. I felt like I was having coffee with a really smart friend, not being judged and told what to do by a therapist writing notes in a pad. I'm really grateful for my time in her office.
