Having suffered from weight issues since puberty and having been on successful and not so successful diets in the past, I considered myself pretty well informed about nutrition and diets; however, Dr. Cook was able to teach me many things I did not know and clear away myths I had lived with for years, all in a very nice and considerate way! I'm very glad I took my doctor's advise and went to see her!
