Dr. Jess is very knowledgeable. You can tell that she really enjoys her profession! She is great at listening, evaluating, and deciding plan of care. She includes you in the treatment and is always willing to provide necessary education. Another bonus is that her and her nurse are very punctual whether it be a clinic visit or a phone call. My whole family sees Dr. Jess, as do numerous friends and no one has ever been disappointed!!
